After a week away for the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday Housing Highlights are back! This week's search features several really nice, affordable properties in the Madison area. Just a reminder, this search looks for properties within roughly 30 minutes of the Capital which are move-in ready and no more than $225000.

Also, I've extended my Cyber Monday offer to a Cyber Week offer. So if you contact me in the next two days and end up working with me to close on a property before 12/31/2021, I'll cover the cost of a home warranty on your new house (a $525 value)! Details and conditions here. It's a great time to start searching for your first or next house, with low interest rates our there and winter likely slowing the local real estate market a bit. Let's get you into a house!
