I've written before about my strong support of Focus on Energy, the energy efficiency organization in Wisconsin. Funded by the state's utilities (not by the state itself), Focus on Energy provides incentives to make energy efficient home improveement choices, offers free energy efficiency packs to homeowners, and connects homeowners to trade "allys" who can make energy efficient home improvements.
Now, understanding the wave of home improvement work happening during the pandemic, Focus is now offering DIY incentives to people doing their own insulation and air sealing upgrades.
