First, Hanukkah sameach on this first day of the Festival of Lights. May the next 8 days be filled with light and love. We all certainly can use both after this year.
Second...my apologies for getting this week's housing highlights out so late this week. It's the time of year for day consuming errands! But, better late then never, I say. This week the list shortens a bit, as is common as we move towards the end of the year and a bit of a slower real estate period. But while it's a short list, it's a fine one, with some truly lovely and affordable properties within 30 minutes of downtown Madison. A couple of properties out there really exemplify the idea that the amount of house available to buyers if they are willing to go outside of Madison is greater. Take a look, tell your friends, and get you or them a house for the new year. Let's get you home!
