The highlights are back! They took a little time off for the holidays, but are now well rested and ready to bring you the best affordable properties in the Madison area. We have tweeked a little bit, raising the top price level to $235000, but interestingly, almost all of this week's list falls under the old $225000 level. And there are even several under $200000 properties in Madison! Or were those unicorns peeking through the listings....
